What is Theta Tau?Theta Tau is a co-ed professional engineering fraternity founded on October 15, 1904 at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis Minnesota. Theta Tau has over 90 chapters and is constantly growing and adding new chapters and colonies across the US and Canada.

Upsilon Chapter
Upsilon is the name of the chapter of Theta Tau at the University of Arkansas. We were founded on April 7, 1928 and have a long history here at the University of Arkansas. We have a chapter house located just north of the Maple Hill dorms at 1322 Cleveland Street which houses up to 16 members each semester.

The purpose of Theta Tau is to develop and maintain a high standard of professional interest among its members and to unite them in a strong bond of fraternal fellowship

ServiceWe leave a positive impact on the community through service events, donation drives, and individual service projects and instill a service mentality in each member. The national fraternity also provides opportunities to create a broader service impact on the country.
