![]() A few weeks ago, our chapter had the privilege of welcoming back one of our distinguished alumni, Mark Harris, a former COO, CEO, and board member. He shared invaluable insights on career development, emphasizing the importance of urgency, prioritization, and bold decision-making in the early stages of a career. Mark’s interactive conversation challenged us to think critically about our personal goals, pushing us to define success beyond just financial gain. He reinforced the idea that our careers are the most important businesses we will ever manage and encouraged us to take strategic risks, accumulate diverse experiences, and continuously audit our progress. His advice resonated deeply, reminding us that true growth happens outside of our comfort zones. Beyond his mentorship, Mark has been an incredible supporter of our fraternity. His generous donations have helped strengthen our chapter, and his contributions to our library have enriched our academic environment. To show our appreciation, we dedicated a plaque in his honor. And, of course, we can’t forget the night he treated us all to pizza—because great conversations are even better over a few slices. ![]() We are incredibly grateful to Mark for his time, wisdom, and generosity. His dedication to our fraternity and our futures is a testament to the lifelong bond we share as brothers. Thank you, Mark, for inspiring us to take charge of our careers and strive for greatness!
